My wife makes that for me any time I ask. She usually makes about 4 pounds of it at once...

But tonight we had a different treat that Cubans make. We made Dulce de Leche ( Caramel ) Home made!!!

Actually anyone that can burn water can make that.. Just get a can of condensed milk and put it into a pressure cooker. Fill the cooker to just over the top of the can and cook it for 20 minutes!!!

Let the can cool, open it and enjoy! It is great over icecream or just straight out of the spoon...
