Hehehe, I was cleaning out my garage and found an insane box load of those magic cards... Yeah, I played the game in high school. Yeah, I had dork friends and habits. So what...

Anyways, did anyone else here ever play? Also, have they been making a lot more of these cards?

I used to play it with a couple friends in my neighbourhood. The kids at school that played were a bit too weird.

I just might. They are old though... I don't think they are the ones the are allowed in tournaments anymore or something.

Most of mine are beta, homelands, dark, antiqities, legends, unlimited (version that followed beta). I think I have some from ice age and chornicles too.

Magic cards are the devil's work.

It's not entirely nerdy. I had a couple friends that played it as a drinking/weed smoking game. That was fun.

I've really only managed to look at my red and black so far.

I bought those cards , but never learned how to use them. I didnt have that much time on my hands when I was growing up. I concentrated on all of the nice virgins out there.

Ahh, the lotus... That was the shit when I was in high school. I think my best possession ever was 4 beta shivan dragons.

They are worth about 50 bucks a pop.

yea i just recently dug out my magic cards too cause of a friend of mine that crashed here.

he wanted me to catalogue them but man waht a pain. i was hoping somebody had written a program for tataloguing them but i couldnt find anything.

Lord of the deck is a program for Mac... I don't know shit about pc software for it.

I think that I have another box somewhere else. I know I have like 30 some singeir vampires too and a lot of serra angels and avatars.... Wonder where those are right now....

Shit, I remember playing that. I stopped playing cause of all the new expansions and all these new rules they kept releasing with them. Up until the released 5th edition and shit it was a tight game. Then all hell broke loose with all these new and weird rules. :(

my brother plays that.. he has a few cards that are worth $50+. I know $50 isn't much - but he just started playin a year or so ago, and since your stuff is older (I'm assuming) it could be worth more. I think you should deffinitely look into it.
