Vegas Is Old...Looking To Move...Tell Me Where...

I need a place that is pron friendly.

Cost of living is not totally outrageous.

Decent school system...have 1 niece who will still be in school after this year.

Moderate climate..nothing too cold, nothing too hot. I'd prefer a mild summer and harsh winter instead of a mild winter and harsh summer.

I've been considering Oregon and Washington State, and if things go as hopefully planned might be able to throw Southern California in the mix...but that's only if I can put my niece into a decent school system or private school.

Any suggestions?

I'm fat and cold is okay...it's the heat that I can't stand :)

As long as it's not like New England winter type cold I think I would be okay.

No, It just rains alot. Summer don't start till July, but we had a good four months of great weather.

Portlands the place. Mild winters, Mild summers, 1 hr to the coast, 1 hr to the Mt.
