My father lost 40 lbs on atkins and doesnt have take blood pressure meds anymore and his cholestol dropped 30 points and the good went up. The doctor told him whatever you are doing keep doing it because its working great. Everybody who makes anything with carbs has been hit hard expect them to start attacking.
