End of Whois Information

We had the purchase order in from NWS and paid all the fees to transfer, and it just flew the coop. NWS said they messed up a small bit (?HUH?) but they could not do anything about it now. we've emailed this fool and told him it was a UStrademarked name but he keeps blowing us off saying its not his problem... any ideas?
