my point of the thread is not to remind ppl but to point out that it would be nice if we got an email updating us on the situation

Last time I checked though, unfortunately, GFY was not a democracy. It's like smashing your head against a brick wall.. might FEEL like you're accomplishing something, but really, you're just hurting yourself over nothing :)
