I lost 10 lbs in 10 days.
Getting life insurance and they told me I was obese!!
Went from 224 lbs on the 1st of Feb to 214 lbs as of right now. I am getting weighed tomorrow. Anything over 215 lbs is obese for my height which is 6" 1". I can't believe I did it!! Next stop 200 lbs. Now that will be a miracle. |

eat as often as you want rice + chicken breasts, steak, porc... and you'll lose 10lbs in 15 days... no need to exercise... no pasta, bread, desert or fatty food allowed though...
