yeah it's a cleft pallete

Yeah, it just looks like a bad cleft palate (with two splits). It is a fairly common birth defect. The picture looks like the baby may have had recent surgery - suggesting the cleft was probably much worse. The bad ones sometimes take a few rounds of repairs.

This baby is WEIRD!!!!!!!

What's so special about that child? It has a very common condition many of us have had surgery for in their younger years. I'm not sure what it's called in english - it's an incomplete fusion of certain plates in embryology
