Are those who exploited Paris Hilton next?
 

According to XBiz, Paris and her legal team are targeting Kahatani Ltd. based in Panama, claiming that the company illegally distributed the video of Hilton and Rick Solomon having humping. The lawsuit is pretty agressive and she is seeking $30 million.

What kind of effects do you think this will have on all of those who extensively promoted the Hilton tape, sending their traffic to sponsers distributing the video? I know quite a few who say that they cashed in this way, but are they safe from the legal team of the Hiltons, or is it only a matter of time? I stayed away because I did fear a legal backlash, but did a few of us make a mistake by not jumping on the bandwagon, or do you think we saved our asses?
