How big is your index file?
 

How big is your index.html file? What's the biggest I should let one get up to?

mine is currently 11k

3-5k is what i hear is an acceptable size for Google SEO stuff :)

So 37K is too big?

Don't write your index with frontpage.

it's not, but it's a tgp with 1300+ links :thumbsup

Don't ask people here, just go look at the biggest sites on the web and see how bit their's is. What about Yahoo, Google, some of the big TGPs and paysites?

If the surfer wants to see your site,he will wait until it's loaded,simple isnt it?
