Verotel's answer to blacklisting people who chargeback: WTF
I've just been talking to verotel about a guy that managed to charge back 3 times on the same site!
Chargebacks appear in a separate section of your invoices, and are not included in the total transaction volume. 01/12/2004 :55 Toon Yo toonyo@ USD -29.99 34 02 4567654 21655345 23543 490733XXXXXXXXXX0505 bangkok 36105468 / 0103686 Bangkok Verza Access Key CHARGEBACK Thailand 1st charge 203.113.32.9 01/12/2004 :55 Toon Yo toonyo@ USD -29.99 34 02 4567654 21655346 23543 490733XXXXXXXXXX0505 bangkok 36105468 / 0103686 Bangkok Verza Access Key CHARGEBACK Thailand 1st charge 203.113.32.9 01/30/2004 :52 Toon Yo toonyo@ USD -29.99 34 02 4567654 21842999 23543 490733XXXXXXXXXX0505 bangkok 36105468 / 0103686 Bangkok Verza Access Key CHARGEBACK Thailand 1st charge 203.113.32.9 Total amount processed: USD -89.97 Now two of the chargeback dates are the same and one differant, but this should not be allowed to happen. Anyways I was told by verotel that he is now blacklisted so i asked how do they blacklist and they told me this. "SOMETHING HARDCODED IN HIS COMPUTER......." I asked what and suppor don't know... So if he uses another computer yes he can sign up & they don't even block the fucking card! |
That would be good if it was used in conjunction with blocking his card and personal information.
