I've owned a few PE sites and from what I know, Penile Exercise programs are the only effective method for enlarging. Pills may make you harder but not bigger and not sure what the patch does but it's probably the same. Pumps do work but can be dangerous and are quite time consuming and messy. The excercizes actually do work.

I am not advocating taking the pills or am I saying they are totally safe. From what I know, exercises and pumps are the only effective way to enlarge but neither of those is easy - they take a good deal of time and effort to see permanent results.
