Prostitution Vs. Porn

Prostitution is illegal in the US (for the most part). What is the difference between prostitution and porn? If you pay a model to have sex on camera, why is it all of a sudden legal? If you approached a prostitute or were approached by one, agreed to pay her, and fucked her in front of a camera with proper release forms signed, is it all of a sudden legal? No matter what, the pussy is being paid for.

I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but it's a valid question. What's to stop me from fucking a prostitute, filming it and having her sign the forms? (besides VD's, stabky pussy and getting my wallet stolen)

They cover this in nearly all the legal seminars at trade shows. Basically it's because the camera is on. It's entertainment! :thumbsup

People in porn are "acting."

Fair enough! But does the difference lie in the fact that it's meant to entertain more than just the sole parties involved? Having sex in itself is entertainment! :1orglaugh

Nobody says they can not bust a video guy on pandering though. Roughly same level of crime.
