Why would you ever want to remove an ever-improving panel which most hosting customers prefer :D

No seriously, it's not Ensim, Helm or Plesk, it's a bunch of RPMs and open source scripts hacked together, all cPanel packages you don't need, as well as the actual cpanel service can be removed or prevented from booting, without it breaking the server.

I gotta agree with you 100% man. I have a few customers that just HAD to have CPanel, and the installed it on their server. Then 2 months down the line come crying that they are having all these problems.. and wanting help to fix them, and CPanel support telling them its our problem.. BULLSHIT!

CPanel is the biggest piece for shit I have ever seem.. bogs down your server like mad.. hate that shit..

If you MUST use a CP I would go with Direct Admin, ( http://www.directadmin.com ) its good shit, and clean as hell.. doesn't bog down the server at all.. but truly the best thing is to just learn how to do it all yourself.. no machine is going to run better..

We use cpanel on our servers and get good feedback by our clients because its easy to use, loads of features and fast. We have never had a problem with it! WHM/cPanel are great.
