Transsexual Dating Show Gets Green Light For TV
 

A dating game show with a difference entitled "There's Something about Miriam" has been approved for TV after an out-of-court settlement was agreed between the network and six of its upset contestants.

The half dozen men said that they had been humiliated at the shows time of recording because, unknown to them, their date was a pre-operative transsexual called Miriam .

All spent three weeks on the Spanish island of Ibiza but all went wrong when the gender-discovery was made and the contestants threatened to sue the shows producers and TV network Sky One.
