Latest IE update killed the linking syntax
 

You used to be able to directly link into your stats or member's area like this....

http://UserID;[email protected]/


... but the latest IE update negated that. Now none of my direct links work, all I get is "Page cannot be displayed". Is there a different way to directly link now or do I have to eat this one and deal?

Once more IE users download their updates, there's going to be a lot of pissed off people using scripts to authenticate users to their members areas.

Just my luck, that download doesn't work for me for some reason. It says "Cannot import file, the specified file is not a registry script."




Any other solutions?
