Today, I decided to check out the terms & conditions of the discount pass bucks family of sites. (As I am known to do), On the credit card form, in approx small 7 pt type is the following:

Congratulations, you will receive a free gift membership to www.pureteenstreams.com through ePassporte. (Subject to eligibility and availability).

You will notice, there isn't even an option to opt out.

Then in the terms and conditions, way near the bottom, you will find this little gem:

Once an ePassporte Virtual Visa has been created on your behalf, each month that the Gift Site membership remains active the marketing company will load sufficient funds onto the account to cover all costs of the Gift Site. Paycom will bill you for that Gift Site membership immediately upon the loading of the funds. In addition, however, the marketing company will load additional funds onto the Visa that you can spend anywhere on the Internet in order to give you a chance to become familiar with the ePassporte Virtual Visa's features and functions. All of the additional funds loaded onto the card belong to you.

Yep, exactly my point. I too would cheat and steal to make a quick buck. (insert sarcasm here). My god, some of you are absolute low life scum. (no sarcasm meant here...just the honest truth).

Is it a way of controlling fake chargebacks? If the client accepts something in the mail wouldn't confirm his purchase since the address was correct?
