Why the hell should he have to do all of that. The credit card should be blacklisted IMMEDIATELY.

CCbill will decline you for all kinds of petty shit like trying to buy a subscription too many times in one day. It also catches if you have a membership to the site and if you do, your card will once again be declined and you can't join ANYBODY elses site that uses CCbill.

Don't worry about it though...In like six months, Verotel will be gone and you won't have to worry about their shitty policies anymore.

i had ibill do much worse and they are still around.
