Anyone ever take magnesium?
What did you take it for and did it help you?
Did you have a confirmed deficiency? (by a process other than kinesiology :)) err.. kinesology is where the doctor pushes against your extented arm/hand while saying words like "spleen!".. "magnesium!" and deciding if your body had enough resistance to tell him this or that. Sort of reminds me of the ouija board. |

You should use that every day !
Buy a good brand, like Solgar or Essential Organics. Take the one that is high dosed, and mixed with calcium. It not only works on your muscles, but also your brain. You will be less depressed, and get more energy from your food. Good luck. |

magnesium is good, espeically if you are drinking/smoking and providing not-so-healthy life style :).
