Why is paying a girl to fuck on camera to sell on the internet legal but paying a girl to fuck in a hotel room with no strings attached illegal? Not that I am against either (obviously), but what makes one legal and the other not? Just interested.

Because it is a "performance." She is acting. There is a model release (contract) involved.

Just take a camera with you, that way its legal and when your done you have a souveneir. :)
