Help with rendering AVI footage to DivX
 

Could anybody give me any video processing help please. I have avi footage that when I render as mpeg1 I get a good picture - no jagged edges on bodies etc. When I render as divx or wmv I get lines across anything that moves fast. I've tried changing the field order from upper field to lower field and none, but still get the same results. Has anybody any ideas how I can get around this problem or what I am doing wrong?
