anyone else know any other companies like this? I need a new webmonkey to handle TGP stuff site updates etc, basic web stuff nothing complex. I would prefer someone NOT in the US/CA just for cost reasons. (that and I keep a fucking vampire schedule)

this is what I am looking at
if I hire some local kid part time (20 hrs a week) it would cost me about $500 a month

I got to XXXoutsourcing I get a fulltime webmaster for $800

and judging by the the rates I see
I couldn't get more then 32 submission to resource sites...
OR
100 AVS submissions

start mixing up the duty's and I would burn through $800 in a week.

then theres other things not on the list that I want someone to todo that's just simple grunt work.

so some of it yea if I just wanted a monkey that only did TGP submissions at $2 an hour it would be a great deal, but with the verity of tasks that I have it would cost me more by far then even hiring a full time person in house...

now if I am reading it wrong please by all means explain it to me

As you've said, if you use a project by project supplier you would quickly burn thru the $800 that would buy you a dedicated webmaster at xxxoutsourcing.

For myself, I use this company for just the type of things you talk about and I haven't looked back since. I'm able to recommend xxxoutsourcing because they do great work for me month in month out. I'd say you should stop your search and get yourself a webmaster there. You won't be disappointed.

Depending on what you need, task specific outsourcing may or may not be a good idea.

I know Jim from XXXoutsourcing. Good guy. If you want someone on a monthly basis and switch around from task to task then that's the model for you.

We use XXXOutsourcing. LLGreg is great to work with and there staff is eager and great to work with as well. What I get from XXXOutsourcing for $800 I used to pay a full-time designer over $5,000 a month to do.

Update----
its been a month... and I chose my solution and now the update...

I went with Adultoutsourcing.com, and its been a month and it was a small rollercoaster. Frist off english speaking/reading never was an issue.

overall I would say its been a good worthwhile experiance. I ended up with 2 different guys, the first guy I got honestly... sucked, didn't meet my needs at all. I started feeling like I made a bad move, and talk a bit more with the supervisor. Basiclly got the guy replaced and the new guy is 200x better and perfect for my needs. The biggest thing I guess is the fact that I've been well taken care of and concerns have been addressed quickly. The one week trial wasn't long enough to establish the proper skill level of the first guy, though I wish it had. Thus far I've been able to get alot more work done and take on a few more projects that have payed for the guy 5x over because of how much of my time he free'd up.

So over all for me its a good solution. If you don't have as much load as I do maybe you can handle or can only afford a per project deal, but this is working out really well, I'm actually thinking about picking up a second guy.
