It just strikes me funny that there would be a chargeback glitch, is all. I mean, what would cause chargebacks to be written in an app? Rebills go in as chargebacks? I just don't see how something like that can happen..understand computer glitches well enough, just seems like an unusual one.

we are a pps program. we dont pay on rebills. db's get crossed and mistakes are made. it was done 30 minutes ago and is being worked on.

Shaving programs can be very complex, making them prone to contain errors.
