I need to force a set of IP's that our bound to the second through their own gateway, not through the default gatway which is set on the first nic.

I beleive the command to create this new route is addroute or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

route ip destination netmask

Can help more if you give your distribution and version of Linux.

I'm want to route a whole c class through the new gateway.
