IE when it feels like it REORGANIZES favorites list?

I posted this back in the day and nobody had a clue but maybe know ...

Anybody know a fix for this...its annoying me the favorites list reorganizes evry so often

I hate when IE decides to add that "Links" folder as well. Im pretty anal about keeping my bookmarks organized. Id love to turn that off as well. :BangBang:
