Epic Cash has its own members areas 100%.. PK helped out in the beginning... but we are 100% self sustaining program... have been for along time now..

Just called the ad rep and they said " you may not use the wal-mart logo in any shape or form without prior consent from wal-mart "

Furthermore he explained websites that have permission to use the wal-mart name or logo run a small disclaimer along the bottom of the page.

The only exceptions to the rule is if they are buying ads from the page in question. In this case the image is served from wal-mart servers not from the domain holding the logo.

He also mentioned being allowed to run certain items that may have the wal-mart logo on them ( like the gift card )

BTW i never mentioned epic , just asked as an affiliate.


I do realise you may send them good money, and sometimes rules are bent, but somehow this seems very unlikely.

Look at it this way ( and im not saying your wrong or right in your opinion, just on the facts )

If the KKK or AL-QUEDA had a website with an epic logo on the front page and a link saying . " We make tons of money with epiccash " and underneath it said " KILL ******S ". You probably wouldnt like that much :) Regardless of how much money they make you. ( actually you might like that , but, think up 2 sites you wouldnt want to be on :) )

Either way , you know plain well you cant use graphics from someone else's site without prior consent first. In reality they prob dont care much anyways because it doesnt hurt them in any way, and you are a customer ( the customer is always right ). But thats not a legal excuse , its just being lucky. If they cared they would have it pulled in a heartbeat. Just the same way you could if someone used your logo without having your permission.
