ArikaAmes.com - Almost ready to go.

Looking for some feedback on this index page. Anyone have a minute to take a looky we would appreciate it very much!

Nothing other than the index page is up, so no links yet.

Also we are looking for a couple of beta testers to poke around the site when we are ready to go live. Anyone that can help us with that please hit us up...

I had the pleasure of meeting erika in vegas ( you know the TALL guy) anyways I think the site is ok but she should have a better designed site! she has alot more to offer surfers than the design implies!

Hey Kevin, this is Arika. Thanks for checking it out! We have only put a few hours into it at this point, so we are not quite done. We just wanted to not go overboard on the design in the first couple of pages. Me and Bill are just trying to get something up at this point because we got busy on the other program and let my site go on the back burner. Looking forward to hearing from you guys again soon!

I am so new at this still. Design is not my best skill...yet...lol...:winkwink:

The design looks pretty good, although I would change the font of the opening description. I found it just slightly difficult to make out, and it should be simple to read. It's not professional looking, but it shouldn't be, so I like it.

It looks like the large photo is airbrushed:( I would make to make very amateur in it's design style. I would go for something like www.tiffanyteen.com:thumbsup

We agree 100% about the font. I got a new computer and have not transferred all of his fonts over to it yet. Not sure what I actually want that opening to say yet either, just trying different things out for now. I have looked at some other girls' sites for some ideas, but haven't made a final decision. I want to keep it kind of short, but also fill up some page space...

I meant to say, keep it simple in the design. Most sites are flashy on the tour and when you get in it's shit photography. She looks like the girl next door which will have broad appeal if presented right. Good luck.:)
