my cpu usage is up to 50%
it is never this high, its a 3.2ghz 1gbram radeon9800 computer... i have 30 processes running, which is the norm (is that high?) but the cpu usage is NEVER high.. and i can hear it is louder than normal...
how can i lower this bitch back down |
virus :2 cents:
|
one would need a bit more information to answer, assuming your on windows ctrl-alt-del and look in the processes to see which process is eating up the cpu
|
see what program is taking up all the cpu usage.
|
See what's running in the background and disable what is useless.

order them by cpu usage to see which one is using a lot not by memory. sometimes just a flash banner on a page your visiting would spike up the cpu usage
