This one from the movie "The Odd Couple" is my all time faworite. For those who don't get it:

Oscar (to Felix, during yet another disagreement, exasperated): "And little notes on my pillow. How many times have I told you not to leave little notes on my pillow? The other day I found a note that said "We're out of Corn Flaks. FU".
It took me three hours to figure out that 'FU' was Felix Unger."
