I prefer to stay away from meds.

Once i start doing that it will only get worse.

Eat a bunch of fried stuff and then take some night time pain medication.

Im not gonna sleep now anymore...if i go to bed now i wake up in the evening again...i'll try to make it till 10 this evening...
