this is my advice.

only use a sponsor till you earn $600 then move to the next

when you earn $600 with them.. move to the next

keep going

if you earn more than $600 per year per company they need to send you a 1099

Well, how come so many companies do not send out 1099's. Isn't that illegal? What should I do if I don't receive the 1099's I'm supposed to receive?

Just find sponsors not based in the US.

As I understand it (and I ain't no tax atty) they don't HAVE to send you a 1099, but they DO have to report to the IRS what you were paid.
