I'd have to agree with Soundman. Real tits are much better for feeling, nice and soft, but fake tits look 100 times better, especially when done by a talented doctor.

I've been intimate with both and frankly either works for me, if the booby job was truly professional and not over the top. Of course natural is preferable, it's hard to beat nature, but sometimes a slight enhancement can do wonders.
