I do the elliptical machine rite.... Is it better doing like 45mins straight on the same level or is it better doing like 4 mins on say level 7, then 1 minute hard on level 15 or so, and then keep repeating every 5mins.......

I used to the hard then normal workout back in the day.. but I'm no workout buff so I don't know which is better...

PS. im looking to lose weight,

I definately think HIIT works better myself but there are plenty of folks who would disagree. I usually try and do 20 mins HIIT 4+ times a week.

Dude, just cut down on your carbs, eat lotsa protein and lift heavy weights

Aways increase the resistance levels on the elliptical machine. Start easy then increase it; more and more till you had enough then slow it down to a cool down. Try other workouts too i get bored on that michine. Kick boxing is my thing!
