No, it probably doesn't catch EVERYTHING but it is much better than adaware. I had this crazy redswoosh on mine. Keystroke recorder, screenshot capturer, ability to remotely access my system, etc.

Yeah, both is a good idea.

Adaware free version doesn't catch everything, but the paid version should do the trick.

You should do yourself a favor and run SpyBot. For shits-n-giggles if nothing else.:2 cents:

This program is pretty good too, disable anything that is in your start up. http://www.startupmechanic.com/

I run them both to be safe. Usually one finds something that the other one didn't.
