Is it under $1.25/1,000?

404 traffic may be not that bad sometimes, depends on where it comes from. I think pop-up console traffic is the worst. Pop-under and blind thumb is slightly better.

It all depend how much you pay for it. A popunder that you pay $1.50/1,000 with a 30% productivity is the same as buying a per click at $5.00/1,000 with a 100% productivity.

All "real" traffic is good at the right price:)
