Lastest IE update: no more auth bookmarks
 

Hello

Due to the lateste IE update, logins by typing http://username:[email protected] are not allowed anymore.

Does anybody found a workaround for this?

Why ? Are you having problems with your hacked xxx pass lists?

Yeah I couldn't figure out why stuff wasn't working, and then I realized that I had down loaded some shitty update.

too bad for IE users, ived given up using IE for months.

i installed tha tupdate and haven't rebooted yet. good thing i suppose.

there is a registry hack to allow it.

My hosting company sent me a register file called:
IEUserPassEnable.reg

It works for me after installing it and rebooting.

If you can't find it, I can always upload the one I have somewhere.

Just let me know.

Gotta love how M$ tries to secure thier crappy browser. Instead of doing supid things like this, they ought to make it so that the damn browser isnt imbedded in Windows. Its almost like IE is the operating system and Windows is just a routine. LOL.
