Just remember you get what you pay for. A host offering such things for $7.95 a month isn't going to be around long, or they have ZERO support. If support isn't an issue to you, then choose the cheapest host you can find. If your site is down 5 times a week.. who cares how cheap it is, I don't think most people would want that for free.
