I need a windows programmer

Hi,
I need a windows programmer to build a small program for me.
1. Take a screencap
2. email it to an email address
Pretty straightforward stuff. I want to have the source code and be able to compile it.
Details to be discussed.

Hmmm , if it's "a small program ....Pretty straightforward stuff" and you're capable of compiling it yourself , why don't you write it yourself ? In ancient times ,windows programming was more difficult , but now, using MFC , it's pretty easy .
