What part of Phoenix is a good part to move to?

My friend lives in Scottsdale which is nice but it seems the nightlife is kind of weak....or maybe he just doesn't know any party people...

I'd have to say Scottsdale first on the list or Tempe as a second choice...

Yes they do, but they are trying to change it. It is the only city in the top 25 that close the bars at 1a.

Scottsdale or Tempe, but Tempe is more of a college type town. I love Arizona. :)

Yeah and half the year they are an hour off from Los Angeles time. When I was out there, it was time to call it a night, and I was like but it is like midnight for me...
