You probably won't be for the domain name. But if you take the logo and it looks similar to the McDonalds logo, you could be in trouble. They might even write ya a letter to you about the domain name. Just tell them it's for a adult site and unless they are in the adult business, to go away. But don't try to make the site look like McDonalds.

Dont fuck with the big boys!
|
Fuck it, go ahead and do it. When they threaten to sue you tell them you will stop using their logo for a free Big Mac everyday for the rest of your life.

As long as your business has nothing to do with the other business, you fine. Like you can't do what Booble is doing and start a adult search engine that looks like Google and start competing with Google. |

This is just too fine line to take a chance on, imho. If you're trying to do this to make it memorable, then it won't be if the reference is not recognizable. And if it is recognizable, then you're fucked for trademark enfringement which is something that HAS to be pursued or they risk losing their trademark. So no gain and all risk = don't do it! |
You should do a 'parody' on the site and have a big yellow M and shit for your logo. You'll be rich.

Im met the CEO of Mc'ds on a cruise ship. He is actually really cool with a very sexy wife. We had fun, I don't know if theyd sue you specially if they dont know. Ask a lawyer I know for books you are allowed to do parodys not sure about websites. It might be ok.
