His name is James he runs about 3 auctions a month(he sells each and every damn one of them for at least 5k....they are all avs sites with logins to prove the money currently stated....

Most likely he had a ton of traffic to toss at the sites he sells to show a large profit. Of course that traffic will go to his next sales item and not stay with the sold item. He doesnt promise any traffic, just the domain and content.

So he is making 5k for a $500 site.
