Ibill hello page timeouts
 

Hopefully Mark from Ibill will look at this:

We are seeing timeouts on hello pages for clients in Europe and Canada. I've personally tried it from two ISP's here and no go on my sites or others.

The pages can be reached quickly at least from our servers in the USA.
