Missing Delivery Info for MensNiche's January Prizes!
 

MensNiche affiliates that got 10 sales in January. If you didn't already email me with the details listed below, I need you to drop me an email with your current mailing addresses so that I can get your prizes shipped.

A bunch of you emailed me and didn't give me any useful information that would allow me to figure out who you were.

I need (and your account needs to reflect the same info)

Your affiliate id (that's the 6 digit number in your link code, not your username)
Your full name (real name preferable, but whatever is on your account will do)
Your mailing address (so we can ship your prize)
Your correct email address (so we can send confirmation of shipping)

I am running the report today, so I need this info pretty quickly so that you don't miss out on your prize.
