Set up some filters on your server and/or get SpamArrest so you don't have to see it.

I get a few spam emails a week. I always take the time to investigate things and report everything I found.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of these KP porn spams are federal traps....a way to go after buyers of this filth...since they can never seem to be competatnt enough to catch the producers of this shit...
