That's just it, you don't have to know who's playing. Anyone can go to a sportsbook site and slap down some coin... or their firstborn, whatever. Basically it is two teams, they tell you the names of those two teams and you simply pick one. To me I don't care about the odds all that much.... either team can win. To me it's even money in this game.
