They're spamming with typos to avoid filters based on the body/subject.

Spammers are learning new techniques these days:

Write garbage so people will become confused and click the link instead of the delete button

I get that crap all the time also.My spam filters can't catch it

Filters cant catch it, but you can't read it. So what's the point.

If you could read it, you'd delete it. This gets some people to try to decipher it, or confused people might click the link. It's all about how stupid the receiver is really.

If i blocked the word Viagra in my email client, why would I ever buy one from a spam?

Spammers, just like telemarketers, prey on the weak - if they can trick you into it, with any tactic; they're doing their job. So they're attempting many tactics and checking which work. It's proven that if you have a filter on "Viagra", they're not reaching you to atleast tempt you with the product - they have to switch their tactics.
