Don't ever ever buy a Sprint PCS phone!

The phones themselves I've always felt were top notch and never had problems with at all. Their customer service however sucks donkey balls.

I just finished speaking w/ a customer service agent from Sprint and he was okay, but their service and billing is outrageous. For example, it says on on my online statement I owe $112.62, but when I click on the invoice, it says I have a credit balance of $52.64. How can that be? When I asked the service agent, he said it was a mistake on our part. And this has been happening over the past year w/ them.

My favorite is that my monthly package is 59.99 yet my bill is $80. They have way to much shit that they tack. For instance, the FCC allowed wireless companies to recover costs for the Local Number Porting shit by adding it to the bill. Sprint PCS's rate is the highest in the biz.
But, i was using T-mobile. While their customer service was top notch, their phones/coverage sucked. I'm sure the earth would split open if a company had all 3 covered, service/coverage/phones. |
I have had sprint service for over 5 years and never have had any problems at all. Maybe Im just lucky. :)
