Nah, just kidding. It is targeted primarily at dial up users, and yeah, there ARE free sites with more content out there, that's how I got this idea.

When SweetCams was a free site and I had 15 - 25 pics of each girl I constantly got email saying "I want more pics" ... so I started emailing people back, and even did a poll asking if people would be willing to pay a fee to see 'the rest of the pics'. The response was an overwhelming "yes, I'll pay, but I won't pay a lot".

So, I thought it was time to make a good ol' fashioned pics only pay site.

The two different billing options I have right now:

$4.00/ month recurring.

$5.00/first two months, recurs at $19.95/month. (Really bad idea? Chargeback hell? So far it seems to be working ... people are too lazy to cancel when they know they have two whole months to do it. Input?)

I'm trying to be real straight-up about what the user will get, but tease the shit out of them so that they KNOW there are only 100 more pics of this girl inside, but it is worth it for them to pay $4 or $5 to see her pussy spread open and up close.

Well, there ya go, I guess that is my 'concept'.

I don't think I would close a site because I see two different prices ... if I wanted to signup, I'd go to the signup page and check it out (and see that both prices are available) .

I thought when i click the "german" button at the top of this page that there are a real german translation. After i clicked the link and saw that its only a google translation i was shitting my pants about this text

I've been offering memberships since Dec even though the 'non-members' part of the site was not complete, and I have about 15 $5 members that have not cancelled and will recur in Feb. I also have about 25 $4.00 members that have recurred monthly without cancel. (note: I offered $4.00 memberships a few weeks before I offered $5.00)

So far, my cancellation rate (within the first month):

$4.00 = ~30% cancelled.

$5.00 = ~30% cancelled.

Of course, the $5.00 guys still have a little while to cancel, but I feel like they would have already if they were going to. We'll see what happens when I actually start pushing the site.
