Why isnt he banned then?

He posted previously as sexed his site has been apparently hijacked by networksolutions and he is probably under some sort of investigation from all the negative attention. Best to probably ignore his posts as his posts lack not only intelligence but also a complete waste of time since they are only full of brandings.

GFY members have pleaded for a ban. If the allegations are true we should see end of him soon.

I and others complained to ICANN about the false info on his domain registration and they shut it down because of that.

From SexPed's NEW domain at sexeducation.net:
"Under Network Solutions customer service request number 1-158689-521, Jerry in customer support stated that SexEducation.com has had a "legal hold" put on the domain because of outdated Whois information."

And I've logged another complaint with ICANN as the domain info for sexeducation.net is false also.

He was banned under sexeducation and just came back as masterblogger.

The thing is he had a site for teaching sex education to kids and there was hardcore porn on it.

SexEducation.com began as a general audience site in 1994 and gradually over the years became "adult restricted". I've just install a new Content Management System (CMS) on it and have not decided yet what new rating I will give it, or whether it will have multiple rated areas.

You can vote on what type of "rating" it should have by visiting SexEducation.NET until I get SexEducation.COM working again.

SexEducation is not banned from GFY.
However, I can not retrieve the password for it until the domain is activated again.

Hence, currently I only have one handle on this board.

Once activated again - I'm thinking I might just ask Lens to allow me to switch handles to MasterBlogger. Not sure yet.

Regardless I will obey the rules of this board.

However, the "allegations" have been going on since I first posted "no aroused genitals or reproductive fluids on any directly accessed domain name" .... oh I think 18 months ago.

SexEducation.com is not under any type of investigation. It simply has outdated whois information. However, to change that information I need control over CANfind.net email which is having some DNS zone problems - probably as a result of a registrar transfer request.

The site, it's AUP and it's TOS and it's ICRA.org rating system, and it's custom content controls CLEARLY stated SexEducation.com was for adults only. It's only the children on adult webmaster boards that do not understand adults wish to discuss the issues their teens face with regards to growing up and sexuality.

Hacking a tiny site for no profit would get you in minor trouble

Setting up a pedo site and encouraging children to a site with adult links and images will land you in jail....

However, for many years people could copy my banners and put them on their sites.

I believe I understand what he is trying to do, though I'm unsure of if he is taking the right approach. Parents *SHOULD* talk and teach their children about sex starting a young age and then gradually inform them of more detail as they age or ask.

I think the better approach would be to make it a parent-child teaching resource, possibly with a protected area with nudity all the way to full intercourse where parents could eventually bring their children into.

Anyways.
