Is Ibill Down?

Just tried to log into Ibill CMI and got this error message: "ERROR: An internal error has occurred in CMI"

Then tried to check my join buttons, but they all give a "service unavailable" error.

Now I can't even reach their website at all. Is someone DOSing Ibill or what?

what else is new.. probally doing repairs

oldnewbie 01-31-2004 06:51 PM

If so, a little bit of warning would have been nice. :ticking

Desperate Andy 01-31-2004 06:58 PM

yup, the same from me.

usually only CMI is down when some system upgrades are taken place.

now join pages aren't accessible, this sucks :(

CMI and join pages both out here.

Unbelievable. I can't remember them both ever being out at the same time.

Our operations team is working on this right now. I believe it is a load balancer issue and expect resolution soon. I will update this board as I get more information.

Thanks for info, Mark.

Already up from me.

:thumbsup

Use CCBill, netbilling, or moneybookers, they are always available if there are issues or question. For me at least :)

MarkIBill 01-31-2004 07:32 PM

CMI and pay pages are now available.

I'm not getting any more errors so far. What part of CMI are you in, or are you getting that while trying to log in?

I can't say for sure, but I seemed to have been trying to log in right when they started to go down. If so, it would have been about an hour. If not... Then I would like to know too.

Ic3m4nZ 01-31-2004 07:54 PM

it has always been up

Ray@TastyDollars 01-31-2004 07:59 PM
